Flint Assembly Celebrates 'Lucky 13' Million Vehicles

A GMC Denali 3500HD was the 13 millionth vehicle to roll off Flint's assembly line.

FLINT, MI - At 10:45 a.m. Sept. 30, a 2011 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD rolled off the line at Flint Assembly and took its place in General Motors' history. Dubbed "Lucky 13", the heavy-duty pickup became the 13 millionth vehicle produced at Flint Assembly since it opened in 1947 as a builder of cars.
