PACIFIC GROVE, CA - The Tire Retread and Information Bureau (TRIB) wants to send four free air fresheners for each truck, with no strings attached (except for the strings attached to the air fresheners).

GREENVILLE, SC - It's going to take a few years for the retread market to return to 2005-2006 levels. This past year was a challenging one for retreads, but the new truck tire market had it even worse.
